Since graduation, Leanna has had the opportunity to act as Assistant Camp Director with Angela Ritchie’s ACE (Adventure, Culture, Education) Camps, collaborate with urban forestry group GreenHere on a community mural project, and, most recently, team up with DAREarts Toronto as Visual Arts Educator. Each of these projects provide the culturally rich and educational appeal that Leanna is so passionate about.

Leanna has recently rediscovered her sense of adventure and has taken up sailing and running, and has declared 2016 the year to get into writing and to learn how to play the guitar. She continues to explore, create, and bake vegan treats.

(C) 2016 Leanna Manning - Environmental Design & Photography in Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Leanna Manning spent her youth growing up in Ottawa, Ontario where she dedicated most of her time in school band rehearsals, going on Girl Guide camping adventures, and immersing herself into the visual arts.

In 2006, she moved to Toronto where she attended OCAD University's Environmental Design program. She graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Design, upon completion of her thesis proposal based on the re-invigoration of Dufferin Grove Park in Toronto’s west end. Through architecture and landscape, this project is an expression and extension of the present dynamic and unique Dufferin Grove community.
